These terms explain the rules for using Braindump, including subscriptions, content, AI features, and your account.

Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Braindump app, website, and related services provided by Braindump Productivity LLC.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Braindump, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who May Use Braindump
Braindump is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Account
You may create an account using an emailed sign-in link, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of Braindump may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store and are billed by Apple under Apple’s terms and billing policies.
We do not store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, renewals, and cancellations through your Apple account where applicable.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or store in Braindump, including tasks, habits, projects, events, notes, comments, and related information.
You grant Braindump a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Braindump or help anyone else do so.
• Access or use the Services in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the reliability, security, or performance of the Services
• Use the Services to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the Services except as allowed by law
• Use Braindump in a way that infringes another person’s rights
AI Features
Braindump may provide AI-assisted features, including chat and planning support.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on any AI-generated suggestions, summaries, or recommendations.
Braindump’s AI features are provided for productivity support only and are not legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.
Privacy
Your use of Braindump is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Termination
You may stop using Braindump at any time and may delete your account through the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or us, or used the Services in a harmful or unlawful way.
Disclaimers
Braindump is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braindump Productivity LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use Braindump during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Braindump Productivity LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
